6. Fill KGID No – If Govt College or  Fill HRMS No – For Aided College
7. Mode of Recruitment – Direct / Promotion (Date of Joining if Direct Mode )
8. Educational Qualification
9. Name of the College
10. College Address / City
11. Pincode
12. Lecturer’s Residential AddressMembership Amount Rs 300 is displayed
13. Enter Name of the Person making Payment
14. Enter Mobile Number
15. Date of Birth
16. Email ID
17. Select – I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions (From SBI
18. Enter Captcha – Click Next
19. Can verify Form and select Next
20. Select Mode of Payment (Net Banking / Card Payments / NEFT / UPI Mode of Payments).  Make the Payment and the Receipt will be generated which can be saved on the Mobile Phone
